Children who are sitting for the national exam at the end of the year are getting anxious now that schools are closed for one more month. As a parent, you have to take the upper hand to encourage your child. Even when you see all the challenges that your child will face, you have to show them the good that can come out of the situation that they are in.
To maintain the momentum that your child started with in the beginning of the year, advise them to keep working as hard as if they were still going to school. Let them wake up early and do chores if they have to before they embark on doing revision of what they have been taught. Get them the materials and books they need. Always speak positively to them. The best thing you can do as a parent is to have your child prepared for whatever will come their way.
